〇Matsuda uki with the advantages of round uki
Matsuda Uki has consistently followed the same shape after establishing the guidelines that this is what Uki is.It has a conical shape with shoulders and a clear border between the top and the body.
It is not commonly seen, because it is not a shoulder acorn type.

Matsuda dislikes this "shaking uki".
Each time the uki shakes or goes up and down due to the waves, the gimmicks get loose and loose.

To avoid blurring at all, use round uki (ball uki).
If the cone is tilted, the balance will be completely lost, but if the circle is down, it will not change its shape even if it rotates, so the balance will not change. Always maintain buoyancy throughout.

Therefore, as long as an appropriate load is applied, the current flows in a state of not floating or sinking.

No matter how much buoyancy kills uki, the balance does not improve.
Because, as long as there is a distance between the uki and the lead, the uki will do a pendulum movement.
Since the uki itself has no weight, it can be compared to a boat if you compare it to a boat. In other words, it flutters when there is wind. Therefore,The uki needs its own weight.
For that purpose, lead is buried inside the uki. Then, even a little wind and waves do not fluctuate, it is in the same state as a stable wooden boat.
But that doesn't mean we just need to embed lead.After all, there is balance.
It's also horizontal and vertical.
If the balance in the horizontal direction is poor, the uki will tilt.Then, the angle of the device cannot be read. In addition, extra resistance is applied due to lack of balance, and the weight increases. Then, the stab bait cannot be pulled.
It may be fine if there are no waves or currents, but that is not possible in the sea.

Matsuda Uki currently uses domestic paulownia wood, but so far he has tried many different materials. Domestic paulownia wood was expensive and scarce, and it was difficult to obtain. For a while, I used Taiwan paulownia wood but it was not enough in terms of buoyancy. So, if I try to make something lighter and make a uki with balsa, it will be blurred because it has no weight. If so, it will be less familiar and will still prevent the stab bait from pulling.
〇Uki must not ride the waves
As I mentioned before,One of the elements that prevents the stab bait from pulling is the surfing of the uki.If a gimmick is set up, the stab bait will be pulled up as the uki comes up.
