〇Underwater uki plays the leading role

In addition to the uki, there is one other precaution to make the stab bait pull the uki.

That is, there must be nothing between the stab bait and the uki.​

For krill, a single hook can be a heavy burden. Even though it is under water pressure, it is sanely pulling from the hook to Harris, lead, uki, and even to the line.

Anything that tries to prevent it must be eliminated immediately.

The best thing is underwater uki.

Water pressure is also applied and the flow resistance is greatly affected. Inevitably, this will be the protagonist.

Both the uki and the stab bait are only supporting roles.

〇Matsuda made an underwater uki

Matsuda was the first to pioneer the underwater uki in Tokushima.

It was still the age of reddish. Let's restore why Matsuda came up with an underwater uki. On a rocky beach in Mugi Oshima, the wind was blowing from the front. The tide is hardly moving.

Even if it is loose, it can be brushed when there is a head wind. Then that becomes the point.

However, it is shallow. Off the coast is slightly deep, and Gure never comes to the foreground.

No matter how you sprinkle, the light red ami gets off the coast in a brush. Uki comes close to you because the tide is hardly moving due to the headwind.

If you throw it in under one and a half of a uki, the gure will come out slowly, so the mechanism will approach you without eating. If this is a crosswind, you can calculate and cross.

However, there is no way to cross in a headwind.

Matsuda sowed bait, swiftly climbed a high place, and observed the movement of the gure.

He found that he should throw the gimmicks away and stop there.

He thought about how to do that, and added another uki (split uki). He hit the center just below the uki so that the buoyancy of the second uki would be zero. That was the beginning of Matsuda's underwater uki.

For the defense of underwater uki, of course, there are still cases where underwater uki is really useful.

Especially for beginners.

However, there is no progress unless efforts are made to bring the gimmicks a bit closer to the ideal state for fish to eat. Because it is feeding.

Matsuda's efforts will be wasted if he always relies on underwater uki.
